किसी तकनीकी कारण से या उक्त कारण से यदि आप शो नहीं देख पाते हैं, तो आप द्वारा किए गए टिकट भुगतान के रिफंड हेतु jhansismartcityltd@gmail.com पर ईमेल द्वारा सूचित करना अनिवार्य होगा।
झाँसी स्मार्ट सिटी लिमिटेड द्वारा निरीक्षण के उपरान्त ही बुकिंग राशि NEFT या UPI के माध्यम से 7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर वापस की जाएगी।

at least 15 tickets are sold.
If you are unable to attend the show due to technical reasons or the above-mentioned conditions, you must notify us at jhansismartcityltd@gmail.com for a refund.
Upon verification by Jhansi Smart City Limited, the booking amount will be refunded via NEFT or UPI within 7 working days.
